Originally founded as a family-owned dock business over three decades ago, T&M has earned a strong reputation for building durable, well-crafted docks for lake homeowners across Upstate South Carolina and Northeast Georgia.
In March of 2018, the business entered its next chapter when it was purchased by Henry Wilson, a United States Navy veteran, mechanical engineer, and experienced operations leader.
Although T&M operates today with the structure and discipline of an engineering-led organization, it has never lost its family-business foundation. Decisions continue to be guided by long-term relationships, personal accountability, and pride of workmanship.

Our team has one goal: delivering durable, well-engineered dock systems and dependable service without the stress, uncertainty, or guesswork that often comes with dock ownership.
